Advertised Selection: Placing carefully written and persuasive advertisements in specifically targeted printed, on-line or social media is one of the most efficient methods of attracting highly qualified candidates who are actively seeking a career move. Writing advertisements that work is a science; it’s wide ranging, fast and efficient.

Psychometric Assessment: We are experts in conducting rigorous competency-based interviews, focused on the specific set of skills, knowledge and experience. Clients often call upon assistance supported by insightful psychometric assessments.

Using our telecom extensive knowledge, expertise and insight, we partner our clients to determine their exact requirements: diligently acquiring a detailed understanding of their strategic, financial, operational and cultural objectives, before defining the role, its challenges, responsibilities, key tasks and the skills, experience and potential required to be successful.

1st Interviews: We then conduct first stage interviews, often on behalf of our clients. 2nd Interviews: Undertaken at the clients premises.

Outcome: We take the time to gain a detailed understanding of the client and candidate’s requirements and concerns, recommending and facilitating further interview processes, reference taking and offer negotiation, acting as a trusted advisor to both the client and candidate to ensure a positive outcome. However, our involvement does not end there, a candidates first few weeks and months in a new role are critical, so we will advise on and support a client’s “on boarding” process, keeping in close contact with both the client and candidate to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance.
